Listing Process

There is a process that each new listing must go through before being listed. Please allow time for us to investigate your coin/token.
Before applying, make sure it fits the guidelines found here: www.altilly.com/page/listingpolicy.

You can check the status of every coin/token and their availability in “System Status” section of the website.

Create an Airdrop

In most cases we can assist you with airdrops. However, there will be a fee for this action. Please contact support for more details.

Create a Trading Competition

If you would like to create a competition for your asset please contact support. Minimum prize value for any competition is $ 300 value of your asset

Deposits

Create a Deposit Address

While logged in to your Altilly account click on “Balances” tab on the top.
Find the token you wish to deposit on the list, click on the coin name and the menu will show up.
Click on “Deposit” and the address will be generated.
Send your coins to the address and after sufficient confirmations on the blockchain it will reflect on your balance.
If after sufficient confirmations on the blockchain the balance does not update, rescan the transaction using your Dashboard (process is detailed in another section of the FAQ).

Rescan a deposit transaction?

While logged in to your Altilly account click on Dashboard tab on the top.
There is a section titled Rescan Deposit Transaction.
Select the coin you have deposited and enter Transaction ID in the field next to it.
Click Rescan button.
If the rescan is successful it will reflect on your balance in the next 5 minutes.
If it’s not working, or a balance id not updated, create a support ticket here: altilly.freshdesk.com/support/home



You can first try to rescan your deposit from your dashboard.
If that does not resolve your deposit, please contact support and provide your TX ID so an agent can assist you.



In most instances this can be corrected or returned. There will be a gas fee for any returned tokens.
This process requires added programming and generally takes some time.
Please be patient as we try to return your coins to you.

Withdrawals

Withdraw from Altilly

While logged in to your Altilly account click on the Balances tab on the top. Find the token you wish to withdraw on the list, click on the coin name and the menu will show up. Click on Withdraw and enter the required information to finish the withdrawal process. You will need to confirm your withdrawal through an email before it gets processed.

If you are a new user, do not have 2FA, or are making a large withdrawal, your transaction may be slightly delayed due to a manual review of your transaction.

To prevent unauthorized access to your account we highly recommend you add 2FA. This will also help to prevent losses.

Altilly has an option to activate 2FA on your account.
For 2FA software it's recommended to use Google Authenticator or Authy.
Authy offers an option for online backups.

Click on your Dashboard then Security.
Follow the steps provided (You will first need to add Google Authenticator or Authy to your phone).

KYC

KYC

Altilly currently does not require KYC.
Users that pass KYC will have additional benefits which will be announced and detailed at appropriate time.

Trade Limits

Trade Limits

Minimum trade limits depend on the coin/token and are set by Altilly staff.
You cannot change the minimum trading amount by yourself.
If you have a suggestion to lower or raise minimum trade limits on the specific coin/token you can suggest it to Altilly staff and it will be taken into consideration.

Email

Not receiving Altilly Emails

Yahoo mail, check the Spam folder.
Gmail, check Promotion/Spam/Updates folders.
When you find a message in Spam folder mark it as Not spam to make sure it goes in your inbox next time.
Add [email protected] to your contacts.
Add the domain altilly.com to the safe senders list.

Miscellaneous



When looking at a specific trading pair, click on coin ticker in upper left corner.
You will be taken to asset page with all data relevant for that coin/token.
